Interventionless Precision Valve

Interventionless Precision Valve (IPV) family are Subsurface Completion Barrier valves designed to offer clients reliable barrier valve technology without the requirement of intervention.

All IPV barrier valves are qualified to API19V/ISO28781. By running IPV, we can eliminate the slickline run to set the plug prior doing tubing integrity test, setting the packer, N/D BOP or N/U Xmas tree, and all pressure test required for the upper completion.

As of Oct 2022, 6 wells have been completed successfully via IPV3 without intervention in Malaysia and 7 wells have been successfully completed with IPV1 in Malaysia with another 22 IPV1 installation globally.

With this field proven IPVs technology in your well completion plan, we will move towards operation optimization by completing the well intervention-less and will contribute to lower well cost.
